Our firm designed and managed the engineering rehabilitation for the entire Atarim Square complex in Tel Aviv.
Because of the proximity to the sea, reinforced concrete skeleton elements were undermined to the point of endangering the stability of several elements.
Concrete beams in the parking lot, bridge beams, concrete columns and supporting walls were restored. Some of the concrete elements were restored by gluing carbon sheets.
