Golomb Jerusalem – Azorim

The urban renewal project on Golomb Street in Jerusalem focuses on developing a modern and vibrant urban complex. The project, initiated by Azorim and designed by Kolker Epstein Architects, includes:

  • 8 towers with varying heights, from 8 to 30 stories.
  • 7 underground basement levels, accommodating parking and additional uses.
  • 390 residential units, catering to a diverse population.
  • Public buildings, such as educational, healthcare, and community facilities.
  • Commercial spaces that will enhance urban life and provide services to residents.

The project is managed by Ella Ben Nun, and its current status is planning.

The project aims to integrate modern urbanity with sustainable development principles and improve the quality of life in the area.
