Urban Renewal Complex – Derech Hebron
Project Overview
The urban renewal complex on Derech Hebron is one of the largest and most complex projects in the area, combining residential development with employment, commercial spaces, and public facilities. The project includes the evacuation of approximately 280 existing residential units and the complete demolition of the old structures.
In their place, four new residential towers ranging from 40 to 56 stories will be constructed, comprising approximately 1,100 new housing units. The design emphasizes a modern, high-quality, and diverse living environment integrated into a vibrant urban setting.
